Flow Gym was created to make the gym a place where people really WANT to go! A gym shouldn’t be a boring chore you feel you have to do. At Flow, we don’t ever give the same class twice, we are constantly changing the exercises and teaching our clients new skills.
We offer martial arts (Muay Thai for punching and kicking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense); Crossfight (HIIT) and Yoga. The reason we teach martial arts is to make sure both body and mind are active in the exercises. Learning a martial art means you are completely focused on the moment and connect with your body.
There is a real family feel to the training at FLOW- people are working hard but they are always laughing and having fun. Everyone encourages everyone else and it has a very supportive feel.
Our teachers have trained all over the world with the best athletes and are immensely knowledgeable. We keep quality very high across the classes.
