Running since 17th century, this flea market is held every Tuesday and Saturday, from dawn to the early afternoon. Hand-made artisan goods, vintage clothes and accessories, CD’s, books, coins, military objects, antiques and furniture are all on display here. An occasional bargain is still possible! Head to the Arch of Rua Augusta in Praça do Comércio between 14th and 23rd of December. There you will witness the fascinating video-mapping show displayed on the walls of the palace! This year, the stories aim to raise public awareness on the effects of the climate change.
This show is free and will be displayed every day in three sessions: at 7:00 p.m., 7:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
