Come and join us for a lovely morning learning about fermented foods and gut health. This is a hands on workshop where you will learn by making your own fermented food to take home.
Iyengar yoga emphasizes in alignment and body awareness, it works on strength and flexibility in the challenge of each asana. It brings you health and well-being, helps reduce stress and improves sleep. Run by the amazing yoga instructor Ceci.
During the class you will be introduced to 4 basic techniques for creating ceramics manually. You will be able to create one or more pieces in your chosen style with full guidance and support from professional educators.

During the 2-hour tile painting workshop you get to choose one of the traditional designs, or make one of your own! Our educator Ana guides you through the process from step one, giving a brief introduction on history and techniques of traditional tile painting.

During the introductory course to French pastry, you will by guided by Denis (taught by Michelin-star chefs, FYI) who will provide you with theoretical and personalised practical skills in making famously delicious desserts. Your dinner parties will never be the same.

Every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Weekly workshops in Chiado give participants an informative overview of the relief printing process, focusing on lino printing techniques and ways in which to create repeat pattern and multi-coloured images. We’re printing some colourful palm trees for the living room decor.
New camera? Recently found love for photography? Starting a brand/business and wish to take some photos at home but lack knowledge? Sometimes relying on Auto mode doesn’t quite get you the results you want. During this workshop you will learn the basic principles of a DSLR camera.
This Bootcamp is aimed for those of us who find peace and pleasure being in contact with nature on a daily basis. This is a 45-minute morning workout that will set you right for the day by having a fun and efficient start of the day in the park.
Another great addition to Lisbon’s pottery scene, in a convenient Campo de Ourique area. You will learn how to work the clay, create different pieces and paint them – all in 2.5h ceramics workshop. Kids from the age of 5 are welcome too!

In a 3-phase course you will learn to kitesurf the waves in the beautiful beaches of Portugal. At the end of the kitesurfing course, the instructor passes an “IKO CARD” certificate to the level the student has reached.
During the 3-hour cooking class you will learn about the Portuguese way of cooking and its ingredients. You will be working together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
This one-day intensive jewelry course will teach you the techniques of traditional jewellery making. You can work from a basic template that can be modified to reflect their own creative style or bring their own design ideas. At the end, you will bring home a beautiful piece of silver jewelry.
