Having a camera doesn’t make you a photographer. Knowing how to use it does! (and a few other things, but this is the most important one).
New camera? Recently found love for photography? Starting a brand/business and wish to take some photos at home but lack knowledge? Sometimes relying on Auto mode doesn’t quite get you the results you want. During this workshop you will learn the basic principles of a DSLR camera. It’s not only about what shutter speed is and what’s the difference between 50mm and 70-200mm lens – these things you can find on google. We will focus on putting theory to practice. Starting with simple exercises and full guidance in a small group (maximum of 3 people), by the end of this workshop you will have the understanding of:
- Depth of field, shutter speed & ISO and how they work in connection to each other
- Camera modes focusing on Manual, also Av, Tv and Bulb
- In-camera settings and how to get the highest quality images
- Variety of lenses for different types of photography, focusing on your desired field
The most important goal of this workshop is to make you feel in control when using the camera.
Requirements: DSLR camera, Mirrorless camera or Compact camera, which has Aperture Priority (A, Av), Shutter Priority (S, Sv) and Manual Mode.
If the available times doesn’t suit your schedule, don’t be shy and let me know 🙂 We will find a day and time that suits us both.
