Running – Gait Analysis, Muscle Imbalances Analysis, Physiological Assessment.
Golf – Core Stability, Spine Alignment & Strength, High Speed Rotation.
Surf – Postural Assessment, Balance & Coordination Training, Endurance Training.
Tennis – Muscle Imbalances Analysis, Speed & Agility Work, Specific Stamina Training.
Martial Arts – Reduce Body Fat, Specific Stamina Training, Mobility & Flexibility.

Price: 1 session: €35.
Age: Anyone 18 or older.
Bring with you: outdoors sports clothes, small towel and water. Classes are done on grass so you might get muddy.
