Combat HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a no-equipment combat based program designed for high burn and streamline.
The workouts are structured around combat practice, speed drills and strength on power days plus additional ab work. The routines, although short, will challenge you no matter how fit you are. This program is ideal for anyone who is looking to increase their speed and endurance in martial arts or someone who simply enjoys combat moves and wants to get fitter, leaner and stronger. No martial arts experience is required.
Classes take place from Monday to Friday.
