At this class we will teach you how to make a tile from scratch, whether we will create the ceramic by ourselves from clay or use one that we have in our studio to make the process faster.
We will teach you the different technique of tile painting, drawing, engraving and more.

Standing poses are the basis of all yoga practice. The postures where we gain consciousness of the whole body as a unique, complete complex instrument. In this workshop, we’ll deepen the practice of standing poses, starting with the simplest ones, learning the basics, to move forward to the more complex ones.
It is a 1h30 hands-on class, you will learn how to make the famous Pastéis de Nata from scratch! You will also learn how to make another traditional pastry. During the class, we will tell you all the secrets and history behind the recipes. In the end, we will eat everything paired with coffee, tea or juice.

This class will guide you through the process of creating a custom skirt pattern based on your measurements. You’ll leave this class with a finished pattern you can use to sew your perfect fitting pencil skirt.
Each day we will focus on a different part of the process, from measuring correctly to drafting the pattern, cutting your prototype, sew it and to fitting.

For 4 hours, we will learn how to make natural root bread. Our service Bakery Chef, Chef Paulo Cardoso, already brings the bait done but will teach you how to do it, however, each participant will take a bit to start production immediately.

In the 3rd part of this workshop series, we will continue to find flow and continuity in our movement sequences in order to heal the body. Treat yourself with some quality time to just move, and rid of stiffness, aches, and pains.
