Zoe Taylor, the founder of Ministry of Yoga, moved to Lisbon from Australia to follow her dream of opening her own yoga studio. Zoe’s yoga classes in Lisbon include a strong Vinyasa flow for those who are looking for a dynamic, physical practice, Hatha Yoga to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation and Yin Yang classes to balance out the energies of change by holding on and letting go techniques.

Mariana Suchodolski was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At the age of 17, she moved to the US where she finished her yoga teaching training from YogaWorks in New York City. Mariana now lives and teaches yoga in Lisbon both in English and in Portuguese at Work-in and Yoga Lab studios. We had the opportunity to visit Mariana at Work-in Studio and discovered a professional teacher who teaches with a lot of patience, passion and pleasant personality.
Caterina Pontes, originally from Portugal, is the founder of Flow Studio. Caterina specializes in teaching yoga, aerial yoga, pilates and pilates machines. Aerial yoga, or as some call it Fly Yoga, are unique yoga classes in Lisboa which are hard to find anywhere else around the city. Aerial yoga classes are good for strengthening your muscles – when you are in the air, gravity is working harder on your body than usual, therefore your muscles work harder too.
In Flow studio, Caterina is using the most modern equipment, the studio’s design is very relaxing with a pleasant atmosphere.

Anna, originally from Sweden, came to Portugal for the first time in 2015 and since 2016 spends her time sharing her passion for the ocean, surfing and yoga.
Anna teaches Sama Yoga and will intuitively guide you towards a feeling of balance and support, as well with a playful approach to body knowledge and self-love, as she is also a Certified Coach and a Licensed Mental Trainer. We met Anna in Costa da Caparica where she teaches yoga class in surf houses and at the beautiful beaches in Costa’s coast.
